Cottage Quilt

A Gorgeous Cottage Quilt. I purchased this amazing looking quilt with the loveliest price tag, at my Neighbor's Yard Sale.
The tag said "only about 15 minutes left to this quilt $1"
How sweet is that? My Neighbor has the most amazing sales. This was her last one ever, she's about 80.
I feel honored that I found this special treasure.

A Little Chair Love

We spotted this chair a few years ago on one of our trips back home, and it sat in our garage awaiting new upholstery.
During those years I thought a million times about just painting the entire piece. Well today was the day. I'm pleased with how it turned out. There is still some touch up to do, but for now, I'm callin' it a day.

Vintage China

A Beautiful Bavarian Creamer and Sugar Bowl found their way from Illinois to California via my Lovely Cousin
How did she know they would work perfectly with my Brown Transferware? I love that they add a pop of Pretty Pinks, Yellows, and Blues

A Gorgeous Vintage Bistro Slip

Sharing a lovely Bistro Slip that I have had for over 20 years. I spotted it, and one more (in bark cloth) at a Thrift Shop and brought them home with me. This one is Cotton, true vintage fabric. I just love the colors, and pattern.
Have a wonderful week

Hall Pass

My tiny Hallway needed a little love, so I created a Vignette to incorporate a lovely painting by my favorite artist (Hubby).
I love the Soft and Shabby Colors.

New Pretties

Lowes was full of Drought Resistant Beauties,
and I had been meaning to find some pretty Suculents for this container I found at the Flea Market in Ventura on our last visit. The perfect marriage.

Have a wonderful week, one and all.

Frugal Friday:
I purchased these pretty fabric pieces 20 years ago, not quite knowing what they were. They are true Vintage Bark Cloth, I also picked up another set in gorgeous cotton Vintage Fabric with roses on them, sewn the same way. After taking them home I realized they were chair toppers. They have worked perfectly on my two different sized Bistro Chairs, and were a steal even back then. So happy I have hung onto them for all these years.

Cottage Style Gardens:
With Spring in the air it was time to pretty up my patio. This is just outside our French Doors in the Living Room.
I am a sucker for floral prints and these pretty Cath Kidston Slips are perfect for Spring/Summer Seasons.
The chairs we use over and over, and simply give them a fresh spray of white paint once Winter is over.
Thanks for stopping by
