Simply Red

1. Red also means "Beautiful" in Russian.

2. The word "ruby" comes from the Latin word rubens, meaning "red".

3. The color red doesn't really make bulls angry; They are color-blind.

4. There are at least 23 different shades of red crayons

5.Seeing the color red can make your heart beat faster.

6. As few as two percent of people in the United States have red hair.

  5. I love all the red and use it as an accent color on cushions, lamp shades and lamps. I also have a red and yellow plate and am always tempted to buy red toile or rosebud tableware. A red rosebud tea set reminds me of my Mom.I must refrain though because my colors are blue and white on a yellow background wall. A little red'll do me.
